BMP is first for customer service

According to a survey published by the weekly publication Panorama on the companies with the best customer service in Italy, Bolaffi Precious Metals is in first place among those who sell coins and precious metals online.

Based on a survey conducted on a sample of 18,500 people, who were given a list of over 2,000 brands to choose from, the weekly publication compiled the list of over 500 companies that stand out in the attention given to the customer.
